Am I shopping on a secure site?
The Mallcom Shopping store you are currently shopping on is 100% secure. How will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped in sealed, unmarked packages. There is absolutely no indication on the packaging, that the contents are adult goods. The return address is labeled as Mallcom Corp., not as the adult web site url. While Mallcom Corp. often sends packages via US Mail, we also use UPS and Fed Ex. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.Please note: For your protection, any order valued at $150.00 or more may be sent via a traceable method. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
What will the charge look like on my credit card?
The charge will be labeled on your credit card statement as Mallcom Corp. There will be no indication, that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement. In the event someone calls us in reference to a charge, we do not disclose the details of the nature of the charge, unless, we feel certain it is the customer that has placed the order. The only exception to this policy, is when handling calls from Visa/Master Card Internet Fraud Dept. We are required to disclose full information to them, under our credit card vendor license agreement, to assist them in their fraud prevention pursuits.
Will I be put on a mailing list and receive e-mail or mail promotions?
We do not send out catalogs, nor do we sell any of your information to other companies. You will be put on a list to receive special offers, but you may unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, you will be put on a Global Removal List, which means, you will never be mailed again no matter how many times you order from us.
Will you sell my contact info to another company?
Mallcom knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. We are not in the business of selling it to others. WE DO NOT SHARE/SELL ANY CUSTOMER INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Mallcom knows how frustrating unwanted material can be. You will not receive promotional mail via snail mail, nor, will you be contacted by telemarketers.
Can I have a catalog mailed to me?
We do not mail catalogs. The only public catalog is our online store. Our online store is updated daily with new releases, sales, specials and promotions. A hard copy catalog would not unable remain accurate. If you receive any catalogs in the mail, they were not sent by Mallcom or through any affiliation of Mallcom.

When will my order ship?
Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
* Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized (much longer for checks and money orders), and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
* Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days
* Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select standard shipping, this time could be a week or two. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. If you select Super Rush delivery will take within 3 to 5 business days. You may also select Second Day delivery or Next Day Delivery, both of which are business days only.
* Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
My order is missing items
We may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products will arrive soon after. Items will be shipped separately, as they become available.

How much is shipping within the US?
Shipping and handling costs for US orders are a standard $5.95 (may vary) for the first item and $1.95 (may vary) for each additional item. The shipping and handling fees may differ with certain items. The items with additional shipping and handling fees will have the costs automatically added to your shipping fee on the checkout section(s).
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Yes, if the Ship To address on your order is in the state of New York or California. The sales tax is automatically computed on products and shipping charges. To see the total sales tax that will be charged on your order, click on the "checkout" button. This will not complete your order; it will only display your order summary, which shows what your order will look like including how much tax will be charged.
Do you ship to APO and/or FPO Military addresses?
YES. Mallcom Corp can ship to virtually any address in the world. It is your responsibility to check and comply with your local laws and restrictions. Shipping to APO/FPO may take longer than usual to arrive. For regular delivery please allow approximately 30 business days to arrive. For 'Super Rush' delivery please allow within 15 to 30 business days.
Can I have my package shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Orders under a total of $1,000.00 can be shipped to any shipping address you request. Orders $1,000.00 or more may only be shipped to the billing address that your credit card company has on file.
International Order (outside US):
Do I have to pay Tax?
We do not charge international customers tax for any purchase. Your package(s) may however be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you are having your order shipped to. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are requested once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Mallcom Corp, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product(s). International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if an order is confiscated, refused, or being held by customs
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your contents by product type. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international receivers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
How much is shipping outside the US?

What zone(s) are your DVDs formatted in? Will they work in my country?
All of our DVDs are region coded / zone '0'. This region coding / zone should play in every country in the world. Enjoy!
Are there any restrictions on international orders?
For all new customers, there is a $500.00 a month spending limit (may vary) for the first three months (per customer/household). After three months (may vary) the spending limit is then removed.

Return Policy:
What is your Return Policy?
Defective Items will be replaced with an identical working item, shipping fees will be waived on reshipped items.
Sale items are non refundable / Store Credit only
Unopened merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee / No shipping fees refundable
Opened merchandise will be charged a 50% restocking fee / Store Credit only / No shipping fees refundable
Toys - non refundable.
Because we cannot refund for products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version.
If the original packaging is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from when the order was shipped. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
Packages returned because the customer was unable to sign or have been returned to sender for any other reason will have a one time only courteous reship at companies expense. Any other reship attempts will be at the customer expense. Store Credit is the only other option / No refunds.
Can I return / exchange a novelty?
Due to health hazards, and to protect our customers and our employees, we do not accept, for credit or exchange, any of the novelty items sold under the title of TOYS. This includes, but is not limited to, Toys, Bondage Equipment, Extensions, Dildos, Lotions, Dolls, Kits, Pumps, Guides, Vaginas, Lingerie or Vibrators. We will only exchange a defective item with the same exact item if it is returned within 30 days from when the order was shipped and if the item is deemed to be defective by our returns department.
How do I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock and within 30 days from when the order was shipped. Any order submitted through the web site, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. You may return your merchandise when you receive the package if you do not open it. Write REFUSED - Cancel on the package and send it back. The post office should return it to us for no additional charge to you. If the post office will not send it back as described, we do not pay for the shipping of an order back to us. Unopened returned packages will be credited with a deduction of 20% (restocking fee). Opened returned packages will be credited with a deduction of 50%. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mallcom Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mallcom Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. You will be charged 20% off the retail price for any shipment that is refused and returned unopened. You will be charged 50% off the retail price for any shipment that is refused and returned opened. Mallcom Corp. processes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support may be made directly to Mallcom Corp. If we are not able to assist you we will try to refer you to the manufacture.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Mallcom Corp. shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Mallcom Corp. site(s) shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Nassau County New York.
